- Our Juniors meet every Saturday morning 9am-11am
- at our world class indoor bowling green.
The friendly group welcomes new Juniors aged from 7 - 18 years. No
previous skill or experience is required as instruction is given by Jenny
Osborne and Bill James who are both Level 2 National Coaches. Jenny is
also on Bowls Queensland's State Coaching Panel.
Our club offers a safe and friendly environment with the support of
Blue Card holder volunteers.

There
are prize draws every week.
More new players are welcome - Just roll up at 9\8.45am on Saturday
morning at the indoor green and we'll take it from there.
Lawn Bowls is also an optional School Sport with our committee
providing every support to keen bowlers. Our juniors are also welcome to
join our seniors any afternoon Tuesday to Sunday, Sunday afternoon being
popular as a mixed 4’s afternoon. Thursday night is a fun night on our
indoor green.
INAUGURAL GOLD COAST / TWEED JUNIOR CHALLENGE
A big THANK YOU to the committee and organisers of the Inaugural Gold
Coast / Tweed Junior Challenge. The competition was a wonderful
achievement in giving our Junior bowlers the encouragement and attention
they merit. It is seen as a great stepping stone to foster Junior’s
future aspirations with many of the participants now having the confidence
to enter other open tournaments, some against Australian champions, and
are turning quite a few heads. New friendships with players from other
clubs was also a positive.
These young players are the future of our sport.
Our Junior Championship games have now conclude with some wonderful
bowls being played. Some games were very close, some of which came down to
the last bowl :
